What is Kale?
Kale is a green leafy vegetable that contains a lot of fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamin C &K, iron and other nutrients that prevent various health problems.
Why to use Kale?
Regulated diabetes- It is rich in fiber and antioxidants like Vitamin C and AlA that lower blood sugar levels
Helps in skincare- It is a good source of beta-carotene and Vitamin A that helps repair skin and hair
Improves eye sight- It is rich in Vitamin A, E and C and Zinc that reduce age-related eye degeneration.

A cup of cooked Kale provides almost five times an adult daily need for Vitamin K, around 15-18% of their calcium need and about 7% of the daily phosphorus requirement.
How to use Kale?
